A designer will meet with you at your home for a free consultation. They’ll ask you questions about the rooms you want redesigned and listen to concerns and requirements you have for the style, function and budget. If you decide to proceed, we just need 50% of the design fee to start the process.
Your designer will then create a few different designs that are perfect for you. You’ll see photo-realistic mockups of what your space will look like when it’s done, along with how much each piece costs. Your designer will guide you through the decision-making process.
Once you’ve made the decision on what design you want, we’ll order the pieces and coordinate the delivery. If you need a contractor we can help you with that too. Once the delivery takes place we’ll help you stage the room in order to have the space you dreamed of.
Near Wholesale Cost
Unlike furniture stores or traditional design firms we tell you exactly what the furniture and accessories cost us. And because we get the furniture at wholesale prices, you get the best price possible.
We do have a mark-up, but it’s a simple 14%. That’s it. No fuzzy math. That 14% goes to order facilitation and operating costs. We even list it out on every quote we give you before you buy anything. That’s 33% less than the national average** (and even lower when comparing it to most premium furniture brands).
