With more than eight years of accomplishment in the field of residential and commercial design, Jennifer brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her clients. Jennifer successfully passed the NCDIQ licensing exam, and is a Certified Interior Designer in the state of Minnesota. Her projects have won numerous awards, including a 2009 FAB Award recognizing fresh, artistic, and brilliant contributions to the built environment.
While working toward a BS in Interior Design from the University of Minnesota, Jennifer gained working and academic experience on three continents. Through her international experience, Jennifer gained the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds. She continues to utilize this skill through the design process. Jennifer's commitment to a collaborative approach in design means that she works with each client to realize their individual vision, in their preferred style, and within their budget.
Jennifer began her career in residential design and has most recently been working in commercial design with a focus on residential type spaces like hotel rooms and suites in four-star properties. She is thrilled to return to residential design, where she can apply her space planning strength, expert material selection, and project management experience to creating home environments that are not only beautiful, but also highly functional.
In her free time, Jennifer enjoys playing with her baby, African dancing, and making crafts out of recycled finish samples. Her handmade crafts can be found at the Design Collective and Corazon in Minneapolis.
